All Building Permits and Inspections for the town are handled through York County Planning & Development On-Line Services. The town will strive to assist you with your construction project in an efficient and accountable manner. Before notifying York County, always contact Town Hall to receive the proper approval information needed for York County to process your permit. They are responsible for permitting all construction and conducting inspections of all construction-related permits as well as issuance of Certificates of Occupancy, Fire Prevention, and Special Events.
